Tyler played attack and midfield at the University of Denver for the hall of fame coach Bill Tierney, making two Final Fours. He is a local product from Redwood HS scoring over 300 points in his high school career. He was the MCAL player of the year in his senior year while being ranked the #19 college recruit west of the Mississippi. Tyler was the head coach at Novato High School for the 2017-2018 season and has coached some of the top travel teams in the Bay Area for Booth Lacrosse over the past 10 years.
