Stanford Men's Rugby Captain, Goff Rugby Report Spring Honor Roll 2020, Stanford Men’s Rugby: Most Valuable Forward [2018, 2019, 2020], PacWest Conference: All-Conference Starting Team [2018, 2019, 2020 (Captain)], West Coast Collegiate All-American Training Camp [2018, 2019 - unable to attend both years due to work scheduling conflicts], Portugal Beach Rugby National Champion [2017 - team: CDUL], Portugal U18 team, Portugal U17 team.
Born in London, England and raised in Lisbon, Portugal, Christian Bader is the captain of Stanford Men's Rugby. With experience playing at lock and in the back row as well as having represented Portugal at U18 level prior to joining the team at Stanford, he is a proven leader on the field, having twice been called up to Collegiate All-American selection camps and most recently named captain of the PacWest All-Conference team.
