EVENTS
Below are forms your club must complete prior to any (home or away) events, competitions, or tournaments - these include scrimmages or other events. This information allows our staff to support your team’s needs for an event and has risk management implications, thus we require that they be completed no later than 10 business days prior to the event, competition, or tournament taking place. Forms that are completed 7 days or less prior to the event, competition, or tournament run the risk of not being approved.
Follow these steps below to successfully host, or travel to, an event, competition, or tournament:
1. Submit the Event Request Form (link below), one submission for each home or away event.
2. Slack the Club Sports Administration in your team channel to let them know you have completed this form.
3. Club Sports Administration will review your submission and setup your event document.
4. Finish filling out your event document with all participating members and with all drivers (if applicable).
5. Club Sports Administration will approve or deny your event document.
