“What do I, a club sport officer, need to do to complete an annual budget request through Club Sports?" You should start by familiarizing yourself with the criteria and policies through the Office of Student Engagement (OSE) and Associated Students of Stanford University (ASSU). Knowing this will aid you in completing your budget through Club Sports. The Club Sport Executive Council and the Club Sports Administration are here to help. 

Make note of the following procedures as they relate to providing documentation for your budget requests:

• Create a Google Drive Folder labeled “2023-24 [insert club sport] Supporting Documentation” and ensure it is accessible through link sharing. Provide the shareable link in the corresponding field in your budget request.
• Within the SD folder, create sub-folders for each expense category in your budget (e.g. Event Services, Equipment, Uniforms, Travel, etc.). Submit all documentation for each category in these sub-folders.
  • On your budget, indicate the document title in your sub-folder for the corresponding piece of documentation

Note: The budget request form below will not save your progress, so it must be started and submitted in one sitting. Refer to the email sent out by the Club Sports Administration and Student Executive Council FO for copies of the form so your team can collect your information and input it all at once into the live link below.
