Biography

As a 10+-year long competitive badminton player, I frequently encountered jump rope drills to train wrist strength and agility. But then in college, I discovered that competitive jump rope had its very own sport, and its been amazing getting to collaborate as a team while practicing a wide array of skills that test my coordination, endurance, speed, and more. Apart from jump rope, I love playing badminton, listening to k-pop music, playing video games, and going on runs.
